Learn Labevol
Everything you need to set up, configure, and get the most out of Labevol — for labs, clinics, and medical centers.
Getting Started
Labevol is set up for your laboratory or clinic by our team during onboarding. Here's what happens and what you need to do after your account is created.
Initial setup (done by Labevol team)
- 1
Organization created
We create your organization with your name, license number, and contact details. Mode is set to Lab, Clinic, or Medical Center based on your needs.
- 2
Admin account
An admin username is created for you. You'll sign in with this username and the shared default password 123123a@ — and be asked to choose a real one immediately.
- 3
Branches configured
Your main branch (and any additional branches) are set up with addresses and phone numbers.
Your first steps after signing in
- 1
Choose your own password
Every new user is prompted on first sign-in to set a personal password before doing anything else.
- 2
Upload your logo and signature
Settings → Organization for the lab logo and stamp. Settings → Profile for your personal signature image — it appears on every report you sign.
- 3
Set up your test catalog
Test Catalog → Add Test, with parameters, reference ranges, and prices. Or send us your existing catalog and we'll import it for you.
- 4
Create user accounts
User Management → New User. Each user gets a username; the default password is shared so they can sign in once and set their own.
- 5
Register your first patient
Patients → New Patient. Arabic name, date of birth, and gender are required.
- 6
Create your first order or visit
For labs, Orders → New Order. For clinics and medical centers, Visits → New Visit.
